Most iNeon Light signs start from a design and end with your words. Here’s what you can change, and a few tips for a sign that reads well on the wall.

Your options

Text

Enter the name, word or short phrase you want exactly as it should appear, including capital letters and punctuation. Shorter text tends to look bolder at the same size.

Color

Choose from the colors listed on the product page. If a design uses two colors, each part is labeled so you can tell which is which.

Size

Most designs come in Small, Medium and Large. The product page shows the price for each size. As a rough rule, longer text needs a larger size to stay readable from across a room.

Backing

The LED neon flex is mounted on clear acrylic cut to follow the outline of the design, so the wall color shows through.

Logos and business signs

For a shop name or logo, send a clear image file after you order, by replying to your confirmation email or writing to support@ineonlight.com. Simple shapes with bold outlines turn into neon most cleanly; very fine detail may need to be simplified. You need to own the logo or have permission to use it.

Check before you pay

• Read your text out loud letter by letter, especially names with unusual spellings.
• Measure the wall space so the size you pick fits.
• Note where the nearest power outlet is.

We make your sign from the details you submit. If something in your request is unclear, we’ll email you before production starts.

Hanging your sign

• On a wall: fix the acrylic backing through its mounting points with hardware that suits your wall type, and use a level to keep it straight. The product page lists what comes in the box.
• In a window: suspend it from hooks or chains through the mounting points, with the lit side facing out toward the street.
• On a shelf or desk: smaller signs can lean against the wall; keep the cable free of strain.

Power and care

Plug the supplied adapter into a standard wall outlet. Keep the sign indoors and dry, and dust it with a soft, dry cloth while unplugged. More care notes are on our Warranty page.

Timing after you order

Production takes 5–7 business days, then shipping usually takes 6–9 business days. If you need to change your text or color, email us right away. Changes are only possible before production starts, and we’ll let you know whether it already has.
