iNeon Light is an online shop for custom LED neon signs: a first name over a crib, a word that glows above a home bar, the name of your salon in the front window. Every sign is built after you order it, using the text, color and size you choose.

We are a small online team that handles the storefront, design requests and customer support. When you write to us, a person on that team reads your message and answers it.
Where we work from
Our team is based in Vietnam. Support runs Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7), and you can reach us any time by email at support@ineonlight.com.
Why this shop exists
Neon lettering is one of the easiest ways to make a wall feel personal, but ordering a one-off sign often means long email threads and unclear pricing. We set up iNeon Light so you can pick a style, see the price for each size, and place the order in a few steps.

Our aim is simple: a sign that looks like the one you pictured, clear information before you pay, and straightforward help after it arrives. We would rather tell you plainly what a design can and can’t do than promise something the material won’t deliver.
How the business works
We do not keep a warehouse of finished signs. Each piece is made to order:
- You choose a design and fill in your text, color and size on the product page.
- Your sign goes into production, which takes 5–7 business days.
- It ships with tracking. Transit usually takes 6–9 business days, and shipping within the United States is free.
Who builds the signs
Production is carried out by our partner LED neon sign workshops. They bend the LED neon flex into your design and mount it on clear acrylic cut to its outline. Our team handles your order details, answers your questions and looks after any issue once the sign is with you.
