These terms apply when you browse ineonlight.com or buy from iNeon Light. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before checkout.

1. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a design can’t be produced, the payment looks fraudulent, or the requested text breaks section 4 below.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and depend on the size you pick. Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shipping within the United States is free; any international shipping charge is shown at checkout.

3. Made-to-order production

Each sign is built after you order it, so please check spelling, color and size before paying. We make the sign from the details you submit. Production takes 5–7 business days and transit usually takes 6–9 business days. These times are estimates, not fixed delivery dates.

4. Your text and artwork

You are responsible for the words, names, logos and images you ask us to use. By submitting them you confirm you have the right to do so. We may refuse requests that include someone else’s trademark or copyrighted work, or content that is hateful, threatening or unlawful.

5. Appearance

Each sign is shaped by hand from LED neon flex, so small differences from the preview image are normal. Colors on a screen can look different from the lit sign, and listed sizes are approximate.

6. Cancellations, returns and warranty

Cancellations are free within 24 hours of ordering; after that a 15% fee applies. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee. Damage in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Signs carry a 1 year warranty. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Warranty.

7. Use of the sign

Use the power adapter supplied with your sign and follow the care notes we provide. Our signs are made for indoor use unless a product page says otherwise.

Text, photos and graphics on this site belong to iNeon Light or are used with permission. See our Copyright page for details.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for damage caused by misuse, improper installation or modifications to the sign.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
