iNeon Light respects the rights of creators. If you believe something on ineonlight.com infringes a copyright you own or represent, you can ask us to remove it under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Sending a notice
Email your notice to support@ineonlight.com with “DMCA” in the subject line. Please include:
- Your full name and contact details (email at minimum).
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
- The exact page URL, or URLs, where the material appears on our site.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do next
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable the material. We may let the person who supplied the material know about the notice.
Counter-notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. It should identify the removed material and where it appeared, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and include your name, contact details and signature.
Repeat infringement
We may refuse future orders or requests from anyone who repeatedly submits material that infringes the rights of others.
Please note that sending a knowingly false notice may expose you to legal liability.
