Because every iNeon Light sign is built for one customer, delivery happens in two parts: the time it takes to make your sign, and the time the carrier needs to bring it to you.
Timeline at a glance

Add the two together to estimate when your sign will reach you. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping cost
- United States: shipping is free on every order.
- Other countries: International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. Any international charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking
As soon as the sign leaves production you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can follow each stage on our Track an Order page.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email support@ineonlight.com right away. We can update it while the sign is still in production; once it has shipped, changes depend on the carrier.
Arrived damaged?
Neon flex and acrylic are packed with protective padding, but parcels sometimes get knocked around. If your sign arrives cracked, bent or not lighting, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the sign and the box. We will arrange a repair or a replacement.
